Depart from Jammu in the morning. Travel to Bijbehara via Jammu-Srinagar National Highway. Check-in at yatra accommodation. Welcome evening prayers and aarti.
The sacred main day — Shravan Purnimashi. Early morning visit to Prachin Chota Amarnath, Thajiwara for the special Shravan Purnimashi puja when the first rays of sunrise fall on the Shiv Lingam.
Full day visiting the sacred temples of the Bijbehara valley — Mata Jaya Devi, Mata Vijaya Devi on the western plateaus, and the Ekadash Rudra temple at Harish Chander Ghat.
Morning prayers at the ancient Vijeshwar Temple site. Visit Chakradhara and other heritage sites in the town. Conclude the sacred circuit and depart for Jammu.
